had a lovely little surprise when i got home last nite my cage had finally arrived:D its a three piece one a copy of the ones they had in the italian job
good enough for road use more for show than anything
just need the choke to come now!!:L

I personally think cages really suit the Mini.. Ima get a nice alloy rear hoop, I could buy an FIA version for that, but just doesnt look as good..

and unlees your gonna use it properly there no real point .. and if summing does happen the show cages would do the job on the roads anyyways

i like the look of cages ( i got one ) but i have always thought if your gonna have one have one that will be of some use in a crash and not just some extra metal to twist around you

right first thing went to bmc event today was really good day
and have decided that minis shouldnt sit on anything bigger than 10" soo how hatd isit to convert from 12" to 10"??
and the next tihng is do i sell it?? i have always wantred a van or pick-up and today seeing them all sitting there basking in their glorry was amazing and there were shells there on offer and now im quite torn between what to doo!?!?

Because Mini's 84' on were fitted with Disks, and the callipers are too big, so you either need a 7.5" Cooper disk conversion, or a Fezzy brake conversion
