Been up the mini today to give it a run up and down the lane , had a real nasty rattle from left hand side of engine when I first started it (1st time in a while ) that dissapeard when it warmed up ,

Had to put the old exhaust back on untilled I can afford the bits and bobs to get the new one on because last time I started it without the exhaust on the neighbours went mad lol ,

I'm in the slow process of building an engine for her for when the auto packs up mate , and , blown fuze mate

Just got a new 3 clock today , gave it a good clean up and personalized it a littte with a mini sticker :-) I like it , off to fit it now :--)

Well I've roughly put in my sounds and fair play they are bouncing :-) haha loving it

Well not only has my engine gone bang and broken , to top it all off there is a screw in one of my tyres and it will not hold any pressure anymore , for god sake when will it end :-( :-( :-(

Depends on exactly where and how much damage there is to the tyre.

Try Steve at L&I Garage in Llangennech, he will tell you if it can be repaired or not and usually has good prices too.

Ok , its in the centre of the tyre and it just a screw in there , Il POP it down to him tomorrow now :-)

As long as you don't get any undue hassle there at MOT time, you may as well stick with them.
Always good to have a backup tho !

I used to (still will) take the Mini to Steve at L&I and that's where I go for tyres and MGB MOT's as well

Well the auto engine and subby is out , what a hard job to do , even with three of us if was damn heavy , and silly me forgot to undo the gear changer so we had to rest the body on axle stands whilst I got it out , absolutley shatterd naw , looking forward to getting the manual in tomorrow :-)

Well after closer inspection thismorning I saw that there was a rubber type deposit on top of one of my rocker nuts , anybody have any ideas , it was only on the one , ?
