get someone to pour water all over the car, you get inside. have a look in the footwell under the dash. if you see dripping then get a new windscreen rubber. if you see dripping or if you see the door or the bottom section of the door rubber getting wet then get a new door rubber Heres Target Minis info::: www.targetmini.co.uk/contact.html

If you have a leak, pour soapy water over any area you want to check then blow it out from the inside with an airline and look for bubbles.

thanks for all the help so far, although at the moment i am questioning why i went for a mini for my first car, it sat in a garage at moment as the immobiliser never wants to turn off when i want it too. and i got a hole in my radiator, dam thing,,,, not even got round to the leak yet. ahhhh.

Not too hot on electrics i'm afraid. Might be worth checking for any loose or corroded wires connected to the immobiliser, just in case. Does the immobiliser work remotely from a key fob.? Maybe the battery in the fob is tired.

yea it a confusing mess me and my dad had a good root around it all day tried by passing the immobiliser and set fire to the fuel pump which almost set fire to my car ha. he an engineer and he even stumped by it. more than likely it the fob. Changed batteries but that only makes it work for a day or 2. so i having some one do a computer analysis on the thing. got my radiator of mini spares today bang goes £80 that was my freshers drinking money for this week. dam.!

I'm sure the imoboliser can be reset with a certain sequence of pressing buttons, I'll do a search and post it up, might be an easy fix

yep and down comes the snow again, well at least it better than rain, nice change to have frozen carpets in my mini instead of wet ones. came out of work last week to find that some one had keyed my car, how thoughtful of them to show there interest in my car. oh and then they gashed a tire just to say thanks. dont you just love the world. so to cheer my little mini up after she got molested, i got all new seals to stop her leaking, just got to get windscreens out without breaking them now.. and got some chrome covers to put over the seams, thought it would be a nice touch, carnt wait till they turn up, if the post can get through the snow anyway..... i think i need a sticker made saying you touch me and i got some SWM friends who will touch you.... sound wrong i know!
