I'm tempted to build my spare 1275 engine into a turbo one.. But I don't know if I want all the problems.. My ford friend wants to put a 1600 cvh cam and carb it in my one but I dunno?

Ask anyone who have had metro turbo engines.. They be poo.. Even with a well built one there's going to be problems.. Easier sticking to naturally aspirated.. Tho you can't beat that feeling when the boost kicks in

Re the lamp covers, are you going abroad.?
Those converters are for using abroad where you drive on the right.
They deflect the light beam so as not to dazzle oncoming traffic when using left hand drive UK lights abroad.
