well Oliver failed his MOT today unfortunately

but i think it did very well considering it has been of the road for 5 years

it only failed on 3 things and they are only little things really, nothing major, and an easy fix ;D :
- offside front driveshaft gaiter split
- Offside front drag link end ball joint had excessive play (in the steering rack)
- Exhaust emissions - carbon monoxide content excessive

the car should hopefully be going for its retest tomorrow,ive sorted the play in the drag link it just needed to be tightened right up

gonna grab a gaiter for the driveshaft tomorrow and get that fitted then it should hopefully be off for a krypton tune before it gets retested

im just hoping i can get it tuned tomorrow otherwise ill have to wait until wednesday

no not really mate, we found that the number 4 spark plug was causing the problem, as the gap had closed up on it, so it wasnt sparking enough to ignite the fuel in the cylinder, but thats all sorted now

it should be going for a crypton tune either today or tomorrow as its running a bit weak, but i have to wait for the insurance to come through so i can tax it
