long story but about 6 months and a few pennies later its just waiting for some hi-low to be fitted on the front and its 99.9 there just a bit of interior to do

i got persuaded with the colour as the guy who painted it hadnt done a mini in this colour before and its a proper colour for the 1275 gt i cant wait to use it !

based in pembroke dock [pembrokeshire mini club ] looking forward to using it,as for pics before i have an old write up with the mini being somewhat different black vinyle roof with a fold back roof and the colour being old english white but due to rust i decided to reshell saved a lot time and money

hopefully at castle coombe depending if i can sort the tyres touching the front arch,fine whilst driving but as soon as i pull into my drive then you can feel them rubbing, anybody any ideas as im still a bit of a novice when it comes to such things

Have you trimmed back the arches, doesn't look like you can take to much off but you may only need to remove a few mill's.

that i havent looked at but im scared to start clipping away on fresh paint,my luck would be to end up scratching the paintwork and what starts as a few mils ends up being an inch

Got mine still to do Know what you mean, does it only happen on full lock turn into drive and going up the kerbing. Maybe a small price to pay if it's total fine on the open road, you won't to much wear on the tyres. Does it touch when your stationary turning lock to lock???

they are rubbing at the top,what about repositioning the arch a little higher.although this means drilling more holes

How hard is the suspension, maybe some adjustable shocks, tweeked to shorten suspension travel.

i hear what you are saying,but i came up the drive last week and took out the bottom of the arch luckily no damage but it popped the screw out so i would like to leave it alone but i am afaid more damage will be done

I can one of two answers here. Stick with the 13"s and cut the arches this may require bigger arches though like sportspack or Simply drop a wheel size to 12" so they don't rub. Will be a shame either way when you've done an amazing job. Firstly mind, pop around to your local tyre fitter and ask what they recommend
