thanks phil. . im looking forward to doing alot of work on it over the summer now. and then once ive saved enough for the welding if can go in and have that done as sort out the body work. will keep you all updated on the progress on Gordon the gopher  |

i think gordons sulking now  ... ill be paying a little more attention to him now. unfortunately the rain hasnt allowed that... and is flooding my car... why does it always get in but never want to go out  so yeah , ive bought new teardrop mounts for him as the subframe has come away from the front panel. then the brakes will need checking and a few other little things around the car and he'll be up to date ... And JC i still need to get speakers!!! and no the dash hasnt fallen out yet ive been busy working loads lately hesne the quietness on here but dont worry im still goign to annoy u all  lol but yeh the work and rain had delayed me gettin anywhere with the mini for the moment. |

Aye. the weathers playing hell with everything at the moment.
Sounds like you need a new set of door seals as well Danni.
Keep us updated of any progress.

they were new on the car the begining of this year , the problem with the water is in runs through the sills i think / the door seals work becasue theyve keeps the water inside the doors so when i open the doors the water runs out under the doors |

well i got the wipers fix today . two wiper motors later.. bought a bulb for the front indicator to see if that was the problem , will do that when it stops raining though. and as for the flooding ill have to find a temp way to solve that. its not too bad to be honest. the mounts will be fitted in about two weeks now. unless i find soemone willing to help lol |

hey fitted the tear drop mounts to the car tonight . cars now not wobbling when im approaching traffic lights lol.
going to put him in for a mot next week hopefully and see how that goes
the indicator didnt work still after chaign the bulb so i need to buy a new bulb holder as thats the thing that may havent broken. . then after the mot see what needs sortin then.

Gordon passed his mot yesturday .
had some welding done in the boot as there was a small hole some welding on the front subframe rear bolt area new bolts and new ball joints and rewired the headlamp and hes good as ... well good as minis getting. and hes driving lovely and solid again.
